Organizers of the event were the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine as well as the Ministry of the Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine.

Industrial parks are the engine of development the various sectors of the economy. That is why the cross-cutting topic of the numerous activities within the forum was the unveiling of the industrial and eco-parks potential including the experience of their functioning in the leading countries of the world.

Considerable attention was paid to the practical issues of improving the legislation in this area, experience of regional and local development of the industrial parks, opportunities to resolve the project financing issues and aid in connection to the energy networks and construction of the transport infrastructure, use of funds from the State Regional Development Fund, involvement of the private investments to the investment projects etc.

Representatives from the Vinnytsia City Council and Vinnytsia Municipal Center if Innovation during the plenary sessions of the forum as well as on the exhibition stand presented the experience of Vinnytsia in industrial parks establishing.
