Vinnytsia attracts new investor

Yesterday the Memorandum of Understanding between TCS UKRAINIAN INVESTMENTS LLC, Vinnytsia City Council and Municipal Enterprise “Vinnytsia Municipal Centre of Innovations” was signed.

In total, 228 people are planned to employ after completion of the three stages of construction. The amount of investments in the construction of the plant in Vinnytsia will be approximately 28 million Euros including cost of the production equipment. The plant will be built at the territory of Vinnytsia Industrial Park.

About the investor:
TCS Europe is a Portuguese company. The company jointly with the Canadian partners patented an innovative construction system based on high strength reinforced with plastic ICF (insulated concrete forms) of high-density polystyrene. It reduces environmental impact, accelerates construction time, reduces wastes and improves the reliability of buildings made of reinforced concrete that provide excellent sound and thermal insulation.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding the total area of the Project’s production facilities is expected to be approximately up to 7000 m2. The production facilities are expected to be constructed and become operational in three phases.
Phase 1: 3000 m2 of production facilities are expected to be constructed in 2020 and become operational in 2021. During this phase 94 new jobs will be created.
Phase 2: 2000 m2 of production facilities are expected to be constructed in 2021 and become operational in 2022. During this phase 40 new jobs will be created.
Phase 3: 2000 m2 of production facilities are expected to be constructed in 2022 and become operational in 2023. During this phase 94 new jobs will be created.

Currently, all necessary engineering infrastructure has been brought to the Industrial Park, works have been started on the construction of the roads around the park. Therefore, all the necessary conditions for attracting and operating new enterprises have been created!

New investor undertakes to adhere to the principle of environmentally friendly production and to comply with all regulatory environmental requirements stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine.
